You can also check out Kelleys website at http://www.claimyourspace.org.  She has been highly recommended although I believe her partner is much more versed in healing.  You can use her book to learn to shield your spirit and give you examples to assist you.  Personally I do not feel you are spirit possessed but I do think you have an entity within your home that is creating a problem for you.  You need to cleanse your living space I believe at once.

Garion I want to recommend a book for you and your partner to read that might help with your situation.  This is a very informative book with good information. "Ghost Symptoms: Break the Spell and Be Well"
