Fire the Grid!
This morning I am combining two articles into one blog so it is very lengthy but I do hope you will read the entire blog for it is an important one for all of us to consider. The first blog is about the women who created the Fire the Grid event. It is entitled "Shelley's Story" and is an amazing account of her near death experience and what was relayed to her during the experience. The second section is about the event occuring tonight that is entitled "The Plan" that we all should be aware of. I hope you will read each section and join with us tonight to spend one hour in prayer for our Universe.

Being Over Critical of Yourself
Have you ever been overly critical about yourself? Not liking what you see in the mirror, thinking about going on a diet, not liking your image, etc. Do you entertain thoughts like "I don't like what I look like", "I hate who I am" for example. These thoughts are all too common, and they imply that there are more than one identity involved. There is the "you" who is looking and the "you" who you do not like. To put it a better way there is "the judging you" and the "you being judged". That creates a dilemma of trying to figure out who the real "you" is.

The Author is Unknown but ...it is had such an impact on my life that I wanted to share it with all of you this day especially with all the turmoil and anger that is generating througout our world. I hope you will ponder this message today and realize the rose within your own soul.

Kicking the Habit!
Quitting the Cigarette Habit! I am a reformed smoker! I smoked for too many years to count and have the health problems that are associated with the abusive habit. I am always preaching to those I love and care about to quit. Recently I was in a discussion with a friend that was in the process of quitting and she informed me of a new device to help those who are wanting to quit She is using a device called the E-Cigarette which looks just like a cigarette and it is a battery operated device that delivers inhaled doses of nicotine without the other harmful substances. Here is the Wikipedia definition: An electronic cigarette (or "e-cigarette") is an alternative to smoked tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. It is a battery-powered device that provides inhaled doses of nicotine by delivering a vaporized propylene glycol/nicotine solution. In addition to nicotine delivery, this vapor also provides a flavor and physical sensation similar to that of inhaled tobacco smoke, while no tobacco, smoke, or combustion is actually involved in its operation. The electronic cigarette usually takes the form of some manner of elongated tube, though many are designed to resemble the outward appearance of real smoking products, like cigarettes, cigars, and pipes. A common design is also the "pen-style", so named for its visual resemblance to a ballpoint pen. I was able to quit smoking using the nicotine inhaler but I could not stand the taste of the nicotine in the capsules and just ended up chewing on the inhaler until the worst of the cravings were over. My husband used the nicotine cartridges and he was successful in quitting also. This looks to be a product that is similar to the enhaler but they have refined the process. My friend told me that she is able to use it after eating in restaurants (that's when users crave a cigarette the most I think ) and there is no visable smoke just a vapor. She has completely quit buying cigarrettes but she is a still desiring the nicotine. She uses it less and less however and is beginning to not need it as much. I hope we can get some dialogue going about this product and others so we can help our clients and friends who are deligently trying to kick the habit. I found having something in my hands that resembled a cigarette really helped me when I was quitting. I think this is a good idea. Have any of you tried this device and if so can you tell us anything about it that will help others? Blessings to you all this lovely Sunday! Rosie

On being a Medium
Being a psychic medium truly has its rewards. While I was connecting with a client and her family today on the other side, a young man who had passed over quite recently came through very clear with a strong message he wanted to convey to his family. He was not of my clients family but he knew that she was acquainted with his family. It was a very powerful connection for this young man was very emotional and it was so important that he get his message to his family. At first I thought this was very strange for he was not of her family but I could see that he was in fact part of her soul family. This really confirms for me that those who we encounter throughout our life all have ties to us on the other side even when the encounter is not pleasant. Our antagonist's are usually those who have the most important lessons to deliver and they are the ones we learn the most from. I truly believe we need to look closely at all our alliances on this earth and what impact or lessons they may give us. When a friend supplies much needed support while we are working through a crisis may be teaching us to be more loving and heart centered for example. The partner that betrays our trust and leaves us hurt and alone may also be a member of your soul family and is teaching you an important lesson on how to be strong. During our earthly incarnation I believe each person that we encounter plays a significant part in the evolution of our soul. We must pay attention to the lessons for if we do not then we will have to repeat them sometimes over and over. When we find ourselves repeating the mistakes of the past we must examine what part of the lesson are we not understanding and where are we missing the point. Women who continually chose men who abuse them are examples of someone who has not examined the reasons behind their lessons. As the young man I encountered today...many souls are there to help us on our path to enlightenment and the evolution of our soul and we must learn to examine and listen to the lessons they teach us. Wishing you peace and joy this day! Rosie
